The Rehabilitation & Engineering Center for Optimizing Veteran Engagement & Reintegration (RECOVER) is a new VA RR&D-funded Center at the Minneapolis VA Health Care System. RECOVER's mission is to help Veterans maximize their participation in important roles and activities throughout their life, and to adapt to life changes, through development, evaluation and clinical translation of practical rehabilitation interventions and technologies.
